Tour Highlights

๐ Day-by-Day Itinerary
Depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, known as the 'Elephant Kingdom' for its massive herds. Tarangire is home to Tanzania's largest elephant population, with herds of up to 300 individuals gathering around the Tarangire River. The park's iconic baobab trees and diverse habitats support lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and over 550 bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the river before continuing your game drive. Overnight at Karatu Tloma Lodge.
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Serengeti is the world's most famous wildlife sanctuary, home to the Great Migration and incredible predator-prey interactions. Spend the afternoon exploring the central Serengeti plains, watching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and the vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. The Serengeti's endless grasslands, kopjes, and acacia woodlands provide habitat for over 70 large mammal species. Overnight at Serengeti Heritage Camp.
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti's diverse ecosystems. Visit the famous Seronera Valley, home to the highest concentration of leopards in Africa, and the Kopjes, rocky outcrops where lions often rest. Watch for cheetahs hunting on the open plains, hippos wallowing in the rivers, and crocodiles basking on the banks. The Serengeti's vastness and diversity of wildlife make it one of the most rewarding safari destinations on Earth. Overnight at Serengeti Heritage Camp.
After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game driving. The crater floor covers 260 square kilometers and shelters approximately 25,000 animals, including approximately 20 black rhinos, lions, leopards, elephants, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool before ascending the crater rim and driving back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
